Unsubscribe Policy
One-click. No login. No questions asked.
You have the right to stop receiving email from any list operated on our infrastructure at any time. This page explains how.
The easy way
Every email we deliver includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and honours the List-Unsubscribe header specified by RFC 8058. Clicking the link removes your address from the sending list immediately — usually within seconds.
What happens after you unsubscribe
- Your address enters our suppression list within seconds.
- No further messages from that list are sent to you — ever.
- If you were subscribed to multiple lists via the same sender, the suppression is applied per sender scope for accountability.
- We retain your email address on the suppression list indefinitely to prevent accidental re-adding.
Prefer to write to us?
If your unsubscribe link is broken (rare, but possible), forward the email to [email protected] and we will process the request manually within 24 hours.
Full data deletion
Unsubscribing stops sending. If you additionally want us to delete your record entirely (rather than mark it as suppressed), email [email protected] from the affected address. We comply within 30 days.
Reporting abuse
If you believe you received an email in violation of our policies (for example: you never subscribed, or the sender is impersonating a brand), please report it to [email protected]. Every report is investigated within 24 hours and results in immediate account review.
Feedback loops
We participate in the feedback loop programmes of Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Comcast and AOL. Complaint reports from these providers automatically trigger suppression across all our lists.
